Our Team
Ashley Anderson & Hailey Laszynskyj
Ashley Anderson and Hailey Laszynskyj founded InMySkin with a shared vision: to create a welcoming space where skin health, natural results, and advanced wellness practices come together. Longtime colleagues and best friends, Ashley and Hailey’s journey began years ago working side by side in the medical aesthetics field. Their mutual passion for skin, functional wellness, longevity, and genuine patient care evolved into a partnership built on trust, friendship, and a deep commitment to helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Together, Ashley and Hailey bring a wealth of combined expertise spanning MedSpa, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery settings. Their extensive training encompasses all facets of advanced medical aesthetics, from skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and regenerative therapies. Both have significant experience supporting physicians in injectable procedures and minor surgical settings, ensuring a deep understanding of patient safety, precision, and care.
Ashley, a graduate of MC College, began her career as a Certified Aesthetician in 2011 before advancing into laser technologies, cosmetic consulting, and high-level business management within leading medical practices. Hailey, a graduate of the School of Natural Medical Aesthetics, built her career as a cosmetic consultant and quickly established herself as a respected laser and skin health expert.
At InMySkin, their shared philosophy is rooted in authenticity and balance, blending clinical precision with a holistic touch. United by their love of animals and a passion for natural, mindful living, Ashley and Hailey approach every patient relationship with warmth, integrity, and a personalized focus in long-term wellness.
Dr. Daniel Ruttle
Dr. Daniel Ruttle studied medicine at the University of British Columbia and completed his residency through the University of Calgary. He started his career practicing full-service rural family practice while simultaneously studying functional medicine and receiving his certifications in cosmetic medicine. He has completed The Botox Course, The Filler Course, and The Filler Course Fellowship through Dr. Andrew Dargie. His passion for functional health and applied quantum biology have led him down a unique training path, ultimately studying functional medicine through both the Institute of Functional Medicine, as well the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). As of 2024, he completed his IFMCP certification. He is also well-versed in Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome and is a Shoemaker Protocol™ Proficiency Partner.
Nurse Liz
Nurse Liz is a Registered Nurse who has been practicing since 2017, with a clinical background spanning multiple medical specialties. She brings over seven years of experience in medical aesthetics and is deeply committed to addressing both the underlying causes of her clients’ concerns and their visible effects. Her approach ensures treatment plans that are thoughtful, balanced, and carefully tailored to each individual.
She specializes in dermal fillers to contour and lift, neuromodulators to soften wrinkles, and biostimulators to support skin health, firmness, and structural integrity. With a strong emphasis on subtle, refined enhancements, Nurse Liz is dedicated to delivering results that enhance her clients’ natural beauty while preserving authenticity.
Grounded in safety, precision, and artistry, Nurse Liz is passionate about providing individualized care and helping each client look and feel confident in their own skin.
InMySkin Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At InMySkin, we value your time and the time of our practitioners. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. To maintain the highest level of service and fairness to all, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Requirement
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Cancellations or appointment changes made 24+ hours in advance can be done without penalty.
- If you need to make changes, please notify us by phone.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
To respect the time of our team and fellow patients:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 latecancellation fee.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur a $50 fee, automatically
applied to the card on file or collected prior to future bookings.
Why This Policy Exists
Our practitioners dedicate significant time and preparation to every visit. When appointments are missed or cancelled last-minute, it impacts our scheduling, staff resources, and patients waiting for openings. This policy helps ensure fairness, efficiency, and the best possible care for all InMySkin patients.
Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management.
Booking Confirmations & Reminders
To support you in managing your appointments:
- Email and/or text reminders are sent prior to your visit.
- These reminders do not replace your responsibility to track and manage
appointment times.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Clients with repeated missed appointments may be asked to prepay for future services or may be restricted from booking at our discretion.
